Responsibilities
- Monitoring and management of the implementation of current investments;
- Coordination of work related to the preparation of the necessary design, execution and acceptance documentation and the preparation of technological processes;
- Ongoing cooperation with subcontractors;
- Maintenance of construction documentation;
- Organizing, conducting, enforcing regularity and timeliness
- Supervision of quality, compliance with design documentation
Requirements
- experience in the opening joinery industry,
- higher technical education;
- experience in directing and obtaining construction contracts;
- knowledge of the rules of construction law;
- communicativeness;
- creativity, independence in action;
- good knowledge of computer operation
- driving licence cat. B
